All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Once you place your online order, you will receive an immediate email from us indicating your chosen products, unit requested and logo choices/placements (if applicable). Customers must confirm and authorized if the order is correct. All personalized items in accordance with Buyer’s instructions shall be eligible for return only for defects in material and craftsmanship.
